I like that there are plenty of shops and restaurants in my area. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is friendly towards each other. I believe my area is very trendy and fun. The area is quite suitable for children and kids as we have a park, library and many other attractions for children. A lot of people also keep pets such as dogs and cats. Overall my area is relatively safe with few incidences.
Transport
The tube station is in close proximity to my home, and there are several bus stops after short intervals for anyone wishing to travel by bus. Both tubes and buses arrive at regular times and cleanliness has never been an issue. A night bus also runs through the area. Rush hours are only troublesome during the Wimbledon tennis championships.
Community
Parking availability is good and each house has its own parking space on my road. Bin collections happen regularly. There is very little anti social behaviour however you can find kids occasionally having fun and perhaps causing discomfort for some people in the public. On my street there are mostly home owners but also some renters as well. Most homes are occupied by families and very few by couples.
Amenities
My local area has a good range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces. The majority of these are located in the proximity of the underground station because it provides easy access for people, even those who may not be local residents themselves. One of the popular dining and drinking venue is the Olive Garden which can be seen booked out on most evenings. An amenitie that's missing is a local theatre.

The transport in my area is very good , you are usually no longer than 5 minutes away from a bus stop , and the train station is in the centre of town , easy access for everyone.

The parking availability is pretty okay , however times of rush hour , it is harder to get a parking space . Mostly families live on my street too

My local area is undergoing construction, especially within the town centre, the quality of shops and restaurants before were quite low as they were old and out dated, however now, new restaurants have opened serving different cuisines. New stores have also opened.
