There are busses and a train station with a good link to London center. Both are in close walking distance and run pretty smoothly and on time. They seem clean and tidy.

It is quiet and clean, the rubbish is collected on time. There is enough parking for everyone and the street is kept clean.

There are pubs, cafes and convenient stores. Many take aways such as pizza and fish and chips. Also there are a supermarkets, a large Asda and sainsburys and medium Lidl There are a few parks around with a couple.of playgrounds.

Transport links very good. Bus stop walking distance so about 20 mins to Hillingdon Hospital and half an hour to Uxbridge. You can get a bus to Hayes and Harlington Station and your be in London within an hour

Quiet road, plenty of parking, bin collection is once a week. A lot of families live in the area due to the surrounding schools

There is the hayes overground station straight connection to Paddington which is very direct. Shame it is not step for buggies. The night buses are only till midnight even from the station.,

Mostly renters council ones young families. Parking is accessible but difficult if you have two cars. The rubbish collection is consistent but they leave a trail of mess behind them.

The range is good enough for retired couples not so much for younger couples, yes Uxbridge centre has an into shopping centre which is quite popular. There is coffe shops missing with only a few in bus ride distances away.
