I most like the fact that everything is nearby to me. There is a huge number of amenities and anything that is not is merely a bus or train ride away. There is constantly new and trendy restaurants being introduced which is great for families.
Transport
There is easy access to transport links. The train station is only 10 minutes away and bus stops within 5 minutes to all different directions. The buses and trains are also very reliable and there is a night bus available.
Community
Great park ain’t availability, hardly any antisocial behaviour, friendly neighbourhood as majority of owners are families. Bin collections are regular.

There are plenty of amenities. There is a large variety of restaurants from different cuisines, a pub, library and a park. There is also many beauty salons and a nearby train station as well as bus stops.

We have buses and London underground. If you don't mind walking you can reach 2 others. The central line is quick and part of the night tube at the weekend

Our street is quiet. There's off street parking. You will find a small park within walking distance as well as an off license

We have M&S, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op and Tesco as well as few off licences. We have chains such as Costa bu also an independent coffee shop called Tipi Coffee. We have few cafés. There are independent shops, barbers and charity shops.

Ilford lane being a red light area was not known to me when I moved here. Would have been useful to know the crime rate of the area as well as ASB incidents reported

I am within close proximity of a rail and tube station, bus links are also really good. I am fortunate to be living where transport links allow easy access to many areas

Too many properties have been rented out in recent years and the landlords and their tenants tend to fly tip old furniture and mattresses on a regular basis. ASB is rife due to drug dealers but recently prostitution was addressed.? I like my neighbours as we all look out for each other and I live close to family and friends
