Transport links are excellent as mentioned before. There are links to the underground services, national rail and dock lands light railway as well as local bus services

The good aspects are the low traffic due to car free zones and the lack of antisocial behaviour. Mostly the street is made up of couples with young families

The quality of shops is excellent with Lidl, Tesco and lots of independent shops in the area. There is a big park in the area as well with lots of kids amenities and open grass spaces for exercise and relaxing. Restaurants are scattered all over the place and many of them are really good with excellent service and food. The regents canal is one of the iconic parts of this area and it runs through the area, eventually linking up with the river Thames. The area also has very good transport links with the tube, C2C, DLR and local buses all within a reasonable distance. This area could be improved by maybe increasing the amount of retail shops and other amenities such as barbers, nail salons etc

The area is quite safe unless you're going out past 12 because the plague known as "roadmen" pollute the area at that time which can be expected from most areas in London. Other than that the area is quite suitable for children and or pets.

Transport

Most of the transport services are close and those that are not are only a short distance away. Cleanliness is very subpar on the services as they are public and therefore any idiot with an oyster card can relieve themselves on said transport

Barley any traffic noise and most residents are considerate with any noise being produced. Parking availability is ok and there isn't too much of a struggle apart from particular holidays where distant relatives flood the streets Up the street there is a roundabout which can be entered and contains trees benches and other thing and it can be a nice place to go when you don't want to stray too far away from home

Not many restaurants if any and not much to be expected from the ones available there are a moderate array of shops nearby such as a lidl and other smaller shops
