The school near me makes it very busy in the morning at drop off. I'm at work during pick up time so it's manageable.
Transport
Leyton is my closest tube. It's the Central line which I think is horrible - it always seems dirty and it is always so crowded. There are a number of buses near me which is good. Being close to the A12 is good if I want to drive out of London. The traffic can be bad if you don't time it right.
Community
There's a good mix of people around here - my Victorian terrace is near lots of council estates. I like that there is such diversity. That being said, there are lots of yuppies and try hard hipsters moving to the area now that hackney has got so expensive.
Amenities
I've lived here for ages now and it is convenient in terms of amenities. Having Westfield so close is useful but I find it too big to have any sort of personality. It's just full of chain restaurants and people. Leytonstone High Road has lots more personality. I like being close to Queen Elizabeth Park as it is enormous.

Nothing really needs to be changed. We have local schools (ranging from nursery to sixth form) Supermarket around the road. Train station/bus stop/local supermarkets. One thing that needs to be changed is the quality of the houses. Maybe get painted so looks more new and alive. Not many pets in the area either so never too loud. Very safe place to live and start a family

Very convenient. Only a 10 min walk to the train station and a bus stop at the end of my road so easy in mornings
Community
All the neighbours are wonderful. Bin collection happens once a week and they’re lovely workers. Parking is tight but enough

Full of local shops and small restaurants. Will never get tired of living in this area. Stratford is about 5 mins away too

Excellent options of transport links, but all 7-10 min walk away. Not convenient at night when Westfield is not possible to walk through. Gets busy at weekends and on match days / big events at the Olympic stadium

Parking is so limited and if available then have to pay. Permits are Available for Free parking but it’s just so limited, there is usually no guarantees. Neighbours are noisy and play loud music but traffic is low and not noisy. It is a mixture of young families, couples, working adults

Quiet a few small independent cafes, restaurants and grocery shop. Plenty of open space which is well kept. Easy Village borders the Olympic Park and is 5 minutes away from Hackney Wick. Missing more variety of shops, varying price ranges would be good
