There are various buses which travel to far distances and plenty of train stations, making it easy to travel around. There are loads of cycling routes and cycle hires as well as cycle storage. Cleanliness and regularity is fine, as well as the traffic

Loads of parking available, mostly resident area so there is little trouble. The Bin collections arrive on time and clean up fine. There isn’t much traffic noise as it’s mostly residency

E17 has its Walthamstow Market which is such a lively place to be, choices of restaurants, a cinema, bars and Sunday Markets with food stalls from around the world. E17 has loads of green areas perfect for relaxing and playing

Some houses have driveways otherwise it’s permit holders only as there is a school nearby. Parking is always available. No anti social behaviour. Nice quiet area with nice quiet friendly residents, mainly owners.
