I would say the atmosphere is overall joyful. It might not be that full of interactive people, but the surroundings are astonishing.
Transport
The availability of public transport in our area is great. There are two train stations near us, one being Blackhorse Road and the other being St James Street Station. This makes it easy and quick for us residents to travel to our desired destination. There are also multiple bus stops located around my area which make it simple for us to make a journey using the buses. The buses usually come every 15 minutes or less so even if you miss it, you wont have to wait long before the next one arrives. The streets and houses in our area are quite clean and well managed and traffic is not too busy.
Community
The parking availability in my street is excellent. The reason I say that is there is always a space for you to park your vehicle, even at busy times. My neighbours are mostly people that have received this flat from the Waltham Forest Council. Some of them are here temporarily but for most of them, this is their permanent accommodation.

My local area is beautiful. A wide of variety of shops, green and grassy parks, amazing restaurants and fast food places, a pleasant market where you can find and buy loads of essentials, high quality gyms and fitness facilities. One of the popular areas is a park where people love to go and relax in summer time.

Transport
Walthamstow Central bus and tube station is about a 5 minute walk. Expect it to be very busy in the mornings around 8am (pre-covid), however being the first stop on the Victoria line, it’s the best place to get on.

Having lived on this road for almost 30 years, I can safely say that it is one of the most amazing neighbourhoods. The people are friendly with no anti social behaviour met.

Living right next to the market brings a huge array of amenities, from a 24 hour gym, multiple supermarkets, a cinema, a train station connecting you to London city central within 20 minutes, multiple restaurants (including Halal ones!) and the once longest outdoor market in Europe all within a few minutes walk. For the Muslims there’s also a mosque on the next road, and a church around the corner for the Christians.

Plenty of bus stops along the main road which goes right through E17, so it’s easy enough to catch a bus to Stratford from which you can get pretty much anywhere. Some nearby overground stations too within walking distance, but going to Stratford gives better transport options.

Very near the local primary school and nursery. Mostly couples and families living about, renting I think. Not great being so close to the main road though, as there’s still traffic noise and pollution.

Variety of small fast food food shops (think chicken shops, takeaway pizza, chinese), and convenience stores and a small Co-op nearby. There are some small nearby parks as well, but it’s also located well between larger areas of green like the wetlands, marshes, and Walthamstow forest.
