I do miss having a good old fashioned boozer very close to my home. The bars here are all very modern, which are great - just not all the time.

I'm closest to the DLR which is my least fave of all TFL services. It gets me into the City ok though - would just prefer the Jubilee line. But, by the time I walk there, I may as well have got the DLR.

Always been happy renting here. So cool to overlook the Velodrome and the Olympic park. I love sports so I get a kick out of being so close to it all - as well as everything the Olympic Park has to offer now too. It's absolutely brilliant in the Summer. I always think there is an awesome vibe about around then.

Most of the crowds near here get attracted by the shopping center - but the restaurants in the East Village are all really cool and no chains ( that I know of) Also like being close to Hackney and I can get there by walking. Bit edgier than here as it's so new. The coffee shop : Tina We Salute You, is a great example of an independent shop with great coffee and cakes (like its brownie).

With DLR 2 minutes away, I could either take this and head on down to Stratford International or I could rather use of the may routes available depending on how many steps I want to get in and enjoy the fresh air.

I opted to live in this area due to not being around noisy streets, and huge foot traffic. It’s quiet more days and it’s mix between young professionals and families.

Victory Park right out by door step - that is well lit up, contains a Maze, a huge Park for my doggie and I to play. Sainsbury across the street, local butcher and plenty of pubs and restaurants, what more could I ask for. I’d say We salute you, Tina is a fabulous place for a Friday night drink.

It’s lovely and well looked after - more development near stadium and Hackney wick is exciting and I’m looking forward to that. Suitable for children and pets and I’ve always felt safe

Excellent options of transport links, but all 7-10 min walk away. Not convenient at night when Westfield is not possible to walk through. Gets busy at weekends and on match days / big events at the Olympic stadium

Parking is so limited and if available then have to pay. Permits are Available for Free parking but it’s just so limited, there is usually no guarantees. Neighbours are noisy and play loud music but traffic is low and not noisy. It is a mixture of young families, couples, working adults

Quiet a few small independent cafes, restaurants and grocery shop. Plenty of open space which is well kept. Easy Village borders the Olympic Park and is 5 minutes away from Hackney Wick. Missing more variety of shops, varying price ranges would be good
