Parking in Kensington and Chelsea is very easy you can get residents parking permits to park on bays and there are plenty of pay-and-display machines that run from nine till 6:30. And are very reasonable .We are very lucky in Kensington Chelsea we get two collections on a Tuesday and a Thursday from the refuge collection and most trees have a road sweeper checking all the roads on a regular basis, our community is very diverse of students doctors people at work and family’s with well mannered children , the area is very mixed of home owners renters .

Hi , W11, is a great area to live in with great amenities , small cute shops on st Mary’s place , Portobello market with great independent traders , it’s got plenty of green areas around Holland Park , Avondale park and Kensington memorial park is a lovely place for your kids to play with a water feature for the summer months and Holland Park has great shop s and places to eat , we have football pitch , rock climbing centre , and great sports centres virgin and better place great places to meet like minded fit people , The best florist around on Ladbroke Grove will even deliver to your home .but best of all it has a sense of community .

Really safe area, a school in the same street, there’s a reservoir with a lake and a a famous place for climbing (the Castle) the beautiful Clissold Park and church street are at 15 minutes walk, where you can find the trendy restaurant and pubs.
