The atmosphere in my local area isn’t quite alright and it’s calm and quiet. I believe there would Be a need of regeneration as it’s been the sameness for a long period of time making it a bit boring. I’m sure It is safe for children and pets
Transport
In my area there are quite a few pros and no cons to when it comes with the environment. The transport, for example, is great as there’s many buses and theres even a train station nearby. However, the problems are that often the buses are on diversion or there’s construction on the upcoming roads which make it difficult to travel places by bus. It’s quite unreliable. I personally do not cycle but I could say that there are not many routes the cyclists could take to travel by bike and and lastly the cleanliness is okay, if I’m honest I do not have a problem with it.

I personally do not drive but I do think there should be more parking availability since the roads are always packed with parked cars. I cannot really say much about traffic noise since where I live there is not much traffic. And there are many students and families living in my street

I moved to this area around 7 years ago. And I can say this it’s been going really well. My area is quiet and there’s no problems with where I live. In fact it should great. There are many places to go such as supermarkets, parks and a shopping centre nearby as well. Even a gym! This area is quite popular as it’s comfortable and not much racket and disturbance. Open spaces such as parks can also be your go-to if you ever feel like you need some time out on your own. Lots of green space in the parks. I’m sure you’d love it

it is close proximity to transport, there is rush hour especially during the mornings and evenings and it does get busy quit a lot however after rush hour, it calms down

bin collections are in point. mostly renters live on my street and parking availability is high, i have not seen any anti social behaviour

Bus route is good. Buses are available going to central london. Currently some roadworks causing slight delayed on the travel time. One down side is the nearest tube station is 15 mins away.

Our street is quiet busy street cause its a national road. Parking space is available on each houses. The noise you could hear usualy is from the cars and buses passing.

It is a convenient area apart that its near to brent cross shopping centre. There are loads of good restaurant nearby and it is also accessible if your fond of home decorations, buses available for easy access to ikea and other home shops available nearby as well like dunelm.
