Overview of NW2 7AY, North Circular Road, London

I like the fact that the neighbourhood is very quiet and everyone knows eachother and are friendly. Attention to small detail is key to living in a safe environment. there is always people around you can talk to. The area is very suitable for children and family with schools a walking distance away and local busstops.

Transport

There are bus stops and tube stations so close to eachother that they are both easily accessible with some of the best bus routes taking you across London. Transport services are on point with buses every 2 or 3 minutes enough service for busier times. Traffic is present at peak rush hour times but easily avoidable though small inside routes that lead to the same opening.

Community

Brilliant parking availability, no permit holders. There are mostly families living on the Road. Friendly and attentative neighbours that keep a look out to see if there I'd anything suspicious going on. Traffic noise is kept to a minimal as it is a quiet road and also a dead end.

Amenities

There are plenty amenities in the NW2 area. Local shops, pubs and resturants just a short walk away not to mention a range of lovely open spaces with airy views. The quality of local shops is fantastic with food stores being the most popular. Pubs being accessible by foot for some, perfect for a Friday night beer. There are also beer gardens and open shisha spots to socialize. There's nothing missing. You can find everything within reach and of good quality.

I love that we have the shopping centre with local shops, buses, tube stations, school, dentist, doctor surgery, local parks all close by to us. Its a shame that the library closed down as we visited the library very often before. I would say the area is pretty safe. And suitable for children and pets alike especially with the parks we have with play areas.

Transport

So great to have the underground tube service. Also buses are local which are great. The stations have become much xleaner than before which is great! In terms of traffic there is always traffic at the big Neasden roundabout especially during rush hour which means not getting in or out of the area in less than 10 mins.

Community

Good parking availability on quiet days. Bin collections are always on time and never have aproblem with them. The roads are quite quiet in terms of traffic noise which is good. We have a mix bag of elder owner couples living on our street. But also alot of family renters with children.

Amenities

We have a good range of local shops like Iceland and Tesco Express along with newsagents. We dont have vegetarian/vegan restaurants so it would be great to have this local. We have Costa which is fab for a quick grab of hot drink, also Subways who doesnt like a grab of sandwich! Subways is definitely popular especially for school kids and workers during lunch hours.
