Overview of NW2 7NJ, Warren Road, London

The area is considerably safe, there are no dangers till now. It’s a quite area so there are no market noises or traffic noises which makes it a very calm environment. The area isn’t very modern but it isn’t in need of regeneration. I’d say it’s a suitable area for children and pets since theres a very close park and open space.

Transport

In my local area there is mainly busses you can get in order for u to get a train you would have to take a bus to the closest station. However the transport is very clean and buses come every certain time.

Community

There are many good aspects of living in this area such as parking availability so your not having to pay for parking. It’s a very quiet area so there’s no traffic noise which is lovely. Everyone in the area is very sociable and there is good communication. There is a bin collection service that comes every week so the area is always kept quite nicely.

Amenities

In this area it’s absolutely wonderful how much open space there is. Specially if you have kids the park is always close or if you want to just go for a walk you don’t have to travel far. There are quite a few local shops but you have to walk quite some distance. The benefit is that they have everything you need. In terms of restaurants there are many but you would have to take a bus to go, there’s a wide variety of food in the area.

Probably above average standard suburban london area. Large levels of immigrants. Leisure spaces available and devoid mostly of traffic and congestion

Many bus stops nearby. Nearest tube station dollis hill and neasden. No cycle routes but bike storage provided in certain locations. Rent a bike schemes around the area also. Traffic around the area is not normally an issue. Night buses run to neasden and dollis hill only and not as far as the crest road and surrounding areas. Parking mostly always avaialable. Off street parking in most houses. Many multiple occupancy houses. Some renters some owners. Quiet area. Anti social behaviour potentially in neasden shopping centre area on occasion, school kids etc

A few corner shops nearby. Multiple within neasden shopping centre. One local pub. Local restaurants only fast food within neasden. Brent cross shopping centre 10 minute car journey away. Gladstone park as well as the welsh harp open space popular in the area. Tennis courts, football pitches, cages etc. Activities available on the reservoir; sailing etc. Many local bus stops.
