I didn't realise the lack of diversity here. It just seems to be rich person after rich person. Some are friendly but some are very up themselves.
Transport
I walk to Belsize park station for the Northern line there. I find that line dirty and busy most of the time. It gets me to where I need to be.
Community
The community around here is a bit odd if I'm honest. It's fine, friendly at times but some people are quite snobby. It's beautiful down my street - there is no denying that. It's a narrow road given the size of the houses with cars aligning both sides. It makes parking difficult. On bin days the road is total chaos if you get caught behind or infront of the lorry.
Amenities
The obvious amenities of renting here is being so close to Hampstead Heath which is just beautiful. I managed to make use of the swimming pond there this summer and the Lido. They are both very special as are the views from Parliament hill. The Farmers market at Parliament hill is also amazing. Pricey though. Mainly food, a variety of organic vegetables, bread, pastries, cheese and meats. High quality stuff means you spend a fortune there, but well worth it to be honest. My main view about the amenities here is that it feels all a bit twee at times. Aimed at the affluent people living here.

My local area is very trendy and lots of people travel far to go to Hampstead Heath are shops around Hampstead. There are lots of dog walkers and everyone is generally very friendly and sociable. It is a generally safe area apart from the odd mugging.
Transport
Transport near me if amazing it’s usually very quick and there tends to be little traffic at Belsize Park underground station and nearby buses. Sometimes there tends to be very bad traffic around Camden market on the buses and sometimes tube stations. There are some roads near me that have been blocked off for drivers that tend to create more traffic than before when they were open.
Community
The parking availability tend to be quite bad and I struggle to find parking spaces. My neighbours are very friendly and usually social with each other. I would say they are mostly elderly people and families. there is very little noise and traffic on my street.
Amenities
Hampstead Heath is a beautiful and local landmark for many people around this area. It’s my favourite place to go and spend time outdoors especially during this lockdown. Inside of Hampstead Heath I love the Parliament hill field lido pool and cafe. Both amazing places to relax and take a cold swim. I also love the woman’s ponds on the heath as it is very private and affordable to go to. Love my local Indian cuisine Dars tandoori grill, absolutely delicious and very affordable. Camden Town is an amazing and cultural place to go to and hang out with friends and show people around london. The stag pub near me was a fun space to go and eat but is sadly not flourishing as usual due to the pandemic :( I would love this area to have a few more local markets and community areas to go to. I would like to have a local fair each year. A skate park near NW3 would be very popular as many kids around hear have to travel far to get to the nearest one.
