Still finding our way a bit. Manor House Gardens is good at the weekend. My kids like having a run around there and it seems like a safe space for them.
Transport
Hither Green station is quirky with helpful staff. Coffee shops available there and toilets. Southeastern runs from there. Goes into Charing Cross or Cannon Street. Not sure about buses in the area yet.

Like that our street has a lot of off street parking. Houses can look a bit run down, though everyone seems to be converting their lofts so loads of building works.
Amenities
Big fan of the Station Pub on the high street. Our kids like Sapore - the italian. It's cheap with good pizza. Not a huge high street, but good to have at the end of the road. There's more in Lewisham. So far been happy with the education at Trinity Church School.

Hither Green station is a 5 min walk where trains can take you to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross in 20 mins. Plenty of buses that can take you to Catford, Woolwich, Greenwich.

Absolutely no traffic noise, a very quiet street. Lovely looks to Manor Park from the back windows. There are parking availability in front of each buildings. Not really a student area, more likely to see families and kids playing in the nearby parks.

Lovely and quiet area with local shops nearby, including hairdressers, coffee shops, pharmacy, restaurants. There are several well maintained parks nearby as well. Lewisham shopping centre also offers a wide variety of shops in 15 mins walking distance.

Im kind of in the middle of 2 stacion but they are overground you can take them to go to mains lines great buses since that what i take but after 12 i have to take quite q walk if i miss the last bus

I dont own a car but i can always see parking spots free and quite a few so im sure it should be fine nothig of noyse about traffic and mist of the people are family or workers
