Brockley is a very good and lovely area to come for a Sunday brunch or to have a pint in the local pub. Very friendly people here!
Transport
Brockley Station is really near to me providing me overground and southern railway services. Quite decent amount of options around. Also good bus links to plenty of different areas in London.
Community
I have a parking lot in front of my house but no car. So this doesn’t bother me at all. Neighborhood could be very noisy during the weekends due the pubs and restaurants around. But I feel very safe in the area as most of my neighbors are families.

I think Brockley were always a great area. As a local person for the last 10 years I’m quite pleased to talk about my neighborhood. I’m just few steps from brockley station and brockley rd. which gives me a very wide range of great local shops and restaurants. Brockley road has great restaurants as villa toscana for great Italian pizza or the brockley barge pub for a nice pint of lager or good pub food at their beer garden. There are also few local groceries shops and a sainsburys local nearby

Transport
Transport in the area is satisfactory, just like other areas in London buses being widely available, with our local station Crofton Park also close by. The buses are relatively consistent arriving on time and are adequately clean.
Community
Due to the large number of communal areas, the area has a great sense of community and a bubbling atmosphere, as such anti-social behaviour is uncommon; the area composed of a nice mix of owner families and renting couples My only critique is that the area can get somewhat noisy on busy days even from the comfort of your home.

The area is fantastic, especially if you have children. Less than 10 mins apart is an adventure play ground, community centre and playground, a bit further out and you have a CO-OP, clothing store and health care trust. The play ground are the community highlight, the local children playing there while the congregate at the community centre.

There are no stations within my immediate vicinity. But there are a few busses it is a limited selection. It would be best to catch a bus then switch later or get off at your desired station

It is quite a boring area not a lot is going on and the community is essentially non-existent. If you travel out a bit further there are a lot of restaurants with a wide variety

To be honest there are not a lot of good stores near my house or anything useful. They all require quite a long walk but it’s too short to just take the car which makes it quite frustrating. There are a few small green areas
