My local area is a good combination of family spirit and festive spirit especially in Battersea Park where I noticed that recently, its users were more between 20-30 year-old than in the past. That said, it stays very friendly. I appreciate the efficiency of the bus routes towards Picadilly or the Tate Modern. Sure, you can always make improvements and I would locate them in the green areas around the different estates. Battersea is very pet/child friendly! I feel safe and I am happy to raise my children within it.
Transport
I find the facility transport very useful as we can be in central London in 20 minutes on a night bus. Also, Clapham Junction Station is so handy. I would appreciate to have better options/quicker options regarding the transports to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Canary Warf.
Community
It’s true that in the past, a few anti-social behaviour could be noticed but I think there were big changes and improvements recently, at least in my area. Globally, I would say that my neighbourhood is friendly and also lively. Once or twice a year we maybe hear drunk locals being loud but that stays rare. I love being in a lively but safe area.

My local area is just perfect I think. We benefit from an amazing and immense park, local restaurants, coffee shops, a leisure center as well. The list is non exhaustive! The area is very well deserved by buses and it is easy to access to Center London too.

I love the family vibe here - all the lovely shops right on my doorstep. It is definitely smart and getting smarter. There are some parts of Battersea Park Road that need to be smartened up but that seems to be happening slowly. There are schools around so suitable for children but Secondary schools are very limited in this area. It is a safe as anywhere in London!

We have a multitude of bus routes here and obviously have Clapham Juntion station. There are boris bikes everywere! And walking works too!
Community
Parking is fine where I live. Bin collections are regular and work well. However, we have a lot of fly tipping on our road. And cabbies park up and clean out their cars and leave tissues, food wrappers etc.. on the ground when they leave which is really annoying. Our road is also used as a cut through to skip the light turning left onto Falcon Road which is dangerous as there are many families living here. They are mostly owners too.

Battersea is absolutely full of great shops, restaurants and bars. Whether you are looking for sour dough pizzas at Flour to the People or smashed avocado on toasted sourdough at Farmers Mistress or just fancy a tipple at The Latchmere, The Woodman or the Duke of Cambridge - there is is something for everyone! For transport, there a plenty of buses and Clapham Juntion station is right in the middle of it all. And I have a Sainsburys Local, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Lidl and a Waitrose all in walking distance.

Many bus routes serve the area. However depending on where you are in SW11 a bus is usually needed to travel to a tube stations (South Kensington, Slone Square or Victoria) and to the mai station Clapham Junction.

Parking is ok, can park but not necessarily where you would like and uses pay meters. Bin collection are great and street cleaning is good by the local council. Traffic is busy at rush hours. Many youths tend to hang on the main road which does not help the area but this is only main negative. Generally a nice community with a mixture of private and council housing.

Very close to Battersea Park which is a huge bonus in an otherwise built up area. Many residential housing mixing between private and council. Some good restaurants and cafes but would benefit from more or more variety in options. Good transport linked to other areas.
