As for nigh buses, they run a lot less frequently but they still run which is the important thing. Tooting Broadway station is nearby and it is one of the main tube links that get to central, which is convenient to have nearby.

Parking is an issue around the area. Because there are many people who are car owners, it can be tough to secure a parking spot near your house.
