I love living here, it’s central yet quiet and feels safe. There is a friendly atmosphere where people smile at one another in the street and neighbours say hello and stop for a chat if you decide to engage with them. The area is upmarket and more investment into renovating properties and improving the local area has been evident over recent years. It’s a wonderful area for kids and pets with Wormholt Park seconds away, Hammersmith Park (complete with lake & Japanese garden) a few mins away, and numerous other parks nearby. There’s a recently renovated theatre, tv studio where you can watch filmings & events, Soho House, Shepherd’s Bush Empire hosting music acts, and Pergola rooftop bar. The gardens of the homes back onto each other creating a huge green space for animals to safely roam. The gardens are sheltered and plants grow well. Chiswick, Hammersmith, the river, Notting Hill and Holland Park are all extremely close if you want to venture out of the immediate area.

Amazing transport links with 4 tube stations (central & Hammersmith and City lines), 1 overground station, lots of bus stops, and cycle lanes on main roads. Driving is also easy with the A40 taking you into central London or out to the M40, M1 quickly. The M25 is also easily accessible.

Our street rocks! We live on a quiet street which sees minimal traffic and the only annoying sound to be heard is the odd fox in the middle of the night.! There’s a mix of renters and owners on all the streets surrounding us! But everyone takes good care of their homes and front gardens and rubbish is always kept under check! We love our neighbours! The family that live below us knocked every single night of Ramadan with a different delicious dish for us all to enjoy! And to the right an Australian teacher helped us out with homeschooling projects and made great friends with our dog :) There is so much love , support and solidarity between neighbours :)

There is fantastic transport links in the area, however they are overburdened by the ever growing population. It is impossible to get on a bus to Shepherd’s Bush green during rush hour, they often don’t stop at my nearest stop as they are full

The area is very safe, in 15 years I have never experienced any sort of crime. There is a variety of people on my street but it has become very gentrified in recent years

There is a good range of cafes and restaurants that provide a huge variety of cuisines and to suit every budget. However there are very few decent pubs left, many have been closed and redeveloped into flats
