Considering it's zone 3 in London it truly does feel like it's very own community. Despite being in a huge city Ealing has the warmth of a local town with all the benefits of living in the capital. A place built on young families and an immense range of out door space for you to walk your dog(s) it fills me with pride to call it my home.
Transport
With access to the central line, district line, national services and even the piccadilly line Ealingnis extremely well connected. After a late night in Central you could be back in the area within 25 minutes on the night tube. Crossrail is only going to make those commute times even shorter.
Community
A very quite street just off the main road provides easy access to amenities whilst still being quite and peaceful. The community is very friendly and open, mostly made up of young families and young professionals with a fair few community cornerstones who are generally very friendly and welcoming.

Ealing has an incredible array of local shops and businesses with independent restaurants and boutique stores predominantly making up the high street. Alongside great access to local businesses there's a whole host of franchise stores so you've always got access to what you need. Incredible transport links and an immense number of parks make Ealing the little haven that it is.

The transport links arnt always reliable with work happening on them a lot this can lead to delays or even closure the central line is always packed with people during peak times the busses are generally good , night busses are really great ! And the area is very safe so no need to worry about being out at night , always take hand sanitizers with you for the train as they are filthy across the board .

The pubs can be abit noisey at the weekend , This is a family area , rent here is very exspencive unless you are lucky , but most places here have a garden , and ofcorse the big parks and safe walkways most people here own there property so it generally makes it safe , bin collections are brilliant and efficient! Parking is fine as long as you have a permit ! However I would not advise to have a car in London , traffic noise is not an issue ,

There are Great shops ,a 20 min walk into Ealing Broadway , a huge amount of quality restaurants and a great bar/club on popes lane called west 5 , This area is popular because of Gunnersbury park ! Stunning location with a cafe on site . You have everything you need . It’s is a Very safe area low crime rate and people are generally nice , there is a uni here to so a lot of younger people in pubs and bars , the supermarkets are good , coop and Sainsbury’s with full range of food , The charity shops here are amazing ! Community spirit is very high here .

We have the Piccadilly line which connects to Heathrow or central London. We’ve got two bus routes. One connects to Ealing Broadway and Kingston, the other to Greenford and Chiswick.

The area is mostly owner occupiers. The street could really do with regular cleaning as some people who pass through tend not to have any civic pride.

A great and varied range of small retailers. We have a traditional butchers, a few fruit and veg shops, a great Tapas restaurant and Pizza restaurant and a couple of cafes near the station. Would be nice to have a good local pub or bar.
