The transport links arnt always reliable with work happening on them a lot this can lead to delays or even closure the central line is always packed with people during peak times the busses are generally good , night busses are really great ! And the area is very safe so no need to worry about being out at night , always take hand sanitizers with you for the train as they are filthy across the board .

The pubs can be abit noisey at the weekend , This is a family area , rent here is very exspencive unless you are lucky , but most places here have a garden , and ofcorse the big parks and safe walkways most people here own there property so it generally makes it safe , bin collections are brilliant and efficient! Parking is fine as long as you have a permit ! However I would not advise to have a car in London , traffic noise is not an issue ,

There are Great shops ,a 20 min walk into Ealing Broadway , a huge amount of quality restaurants and a great bar/club on popes lane called west 5 , This area is popular because of Gunnersbury park ! Stunning location with a cafe on site . You have everything you need . It’s is a Very safe area low crime rate and people are generally nice , there is a uni here to so a lot of younger people in pubs and bars , the supermarkets are good , coop and Sainsbury’s with full range of food , The charity shops here are amazing ! Community spirit is very high here .

Could be safer and police need to disperse groups who gather in the estate. More cctv would help alot also

Plenty of local transport and good links to london. Congestion in area is not to bad and buses and trains are pretty regular timings

Anti social behaviour is really bad and there are alot of drug dealers around estates and police presence is very visible. Crime rate high in area also

Gunnersbury park is very nice now it has been revamped. Very nice restaurants also in area. Flame and fire is amazing.
