We have a lovely area for children with many small toddler groups and some great parks. It’s a very mixed class of people that live in this area. Several good schools in the area and a good selection of churches.

Who needs a car as there are so many different bus routes and 2 tube stations which will connect you to most of the london train stations. Kings cross station and Euston are a short distance away and you can get away to many exciting places.

My street is great, the neighbours are all lovely, we never have any issues. The road sweepers do a great job keeping the street clean and because it’s not a throughput for cars we only have cars drive by that live in the area so not busy at all. We have a mixture of people who love in the street x

We are very lucky to have 2 lovely little markets, Exmouth market you walk down there and smell the delicious aroma of home cooked food on the many stores of different cuisines. Chapel market has many traditional stalls as well as having a farmers market every Sunday to buy local grown fresh produce from. Walking down upper street you will see the restaurants and pubs full of people, sitting outside enjoying the food or having a few drinks and a laugh. We have a mixture of bars and have the lovely castle pub with a great roof terrace.

This area is lovely. In my opinion is safe and welcoming. You have a wide range of choices when talking about shops for food, essentials, makeup and many others. You have a lot of bus links and can get from a place to another in a very short period of time.

It is a safe area I could say. There are lots of transportation links. Bus, tube, cycle routes. Unlike other areas, this area is very clean and welcoming.
Community
It is a bit noisy sometimes and if you live near a main road. There are lots of students around as there are universities near by. Lovely area.
Amenities
This area is amazing, even if it’s in the city is not that busy. There are pubs and restaurants, parks and nice places to see. You can find clothes shops, makeup and pharmaceutical products shops.. basically anything you need without a long distance to walk.

During the peak times the local tube station can get very busy but I guess that's normal for the time of day. Bus services to most locations is very good.

Plenty of parking available during the weekend and evenings, bin collections happen promptly and on the right days. Plenty of cleaning happening. Mainly families living within the houses. There is a ample amount of students living and accessible to university and work.

Very good shops within the area really funky sandwich shops and the bars are even better within a 5 min walk of the area. Can't think of anywhere better to live.
