This is a really nice area as i have been kiving in this area for last 3 years and it was a really happy moment for my family to stay here.

Bin. Collection is done with correct days and date and with proper hygine Parking availability is also on good basis. There is no traffic noise as most of school are around

Its really nice area well sceured and well maintained by council. The shops are open all day long Essential items are easily available in fhe area

I most like the fact that everything is nearby to me. There is a huge number of amenities and anything that is not is merely a bus or train ride away. There is constantly new and trendy restaurants being introduced which is great for families.

There is easy access to transport links. The train station is only 10 minutes away and bus stops within 5 minutes to all different directions. The buses and trains are also very reliable and there is a night bus available.
Community
Great park ain’t availability, hardly any antisocial behaviour, friendly neighbourhood as majority of owners are families. Bin collections are regular.

There are plenty of amenities. There is a large variety of restaurants from different cuisines, a pub, library and a park. There is also many beauty salons and a nearby train station as well as bus stops.

There are 2 bus stops nearby and a central line train station available 2 miles away. Bus route is the 364 that leads to the city centre exchange mall that is very popular in Ilford
Community
Mostly families living in the area, bins are collected on Thursdays. they will There is barely ever traffic on these roads as there is a school nearby.
Amenities
Decent takeaways nearby, pubs and basic necessity shops available. Barbers are at close proximity and all is in midpoint of both neighbourhoods. Its not so popular.
