Roads under constant construction. But very good public transport links as there is the Tottenham train station which takes you straight to the airport along with a bus station and tube station on the Victoria line.

Bin collections can get messy. I have reported a few things to Haringey council and received no assistance. There are many intoxicated people towards seven sisters, and lots of homelessness. However it is a very residential area, good for families with children and/or pets

Not many bars or restaurants. There are lots of takeaways near by though. There are many green spaces around. There is a big retail park opposite the Tottenham Hale station.

Latima station which runs Hammersmith and city line is very clean and trains come very regularly , close by also is Shepherd’s Bush station with central line can be quite a busy area as is walking distance to west field shopping centre ,Here you will also find the over line station too , buses in the area run on time and can get you to most destinations, unless you’re on a main roads black taxis are hard to just wave down , we have lots of bike station around for you to hire bikes , Generally you can walk to most places passing by beautiful colourful and new modern developed homes .

Parking in Kensington and Chelsea is very easy you can get residents parking permits to park on bays and there are plenty of pay-and-display machines that run from nine till 6:30. And are very reasonable .We are very lucky in Kensington Chelsea we get two collections on a Tuesday and a Thursday from the refuge collection and most trees have a road sweeper checking all the roads on a regular basis, our community is very diverse of students doctors people at work and family’s with well mannered children , the area is very mixed of home owners renters .

Hi , W11, is a great area to live in with great amenities , small cute shops on st Mary’s place , Portobello market with great independent traders , it’s got plenty of green areas around Holland Park , Avondale park and Kensington memorial park is a lovely place for your kids to play with a water feature for the summer months and Holland Park has great shop s and places to eat , we have football pitch , rock climbing centre , and great sports centres virgin and better place great places to meet like minded fit people , The best florist around on Ladbroke Grove will even deliver to your home .but best of all it has a sense of community .

There is only one bus that stops outside my house and that’s the 67 which takes me to Wood Green if I walk about 5 mins I can get either the 341 or the 259/ 279.

Good is that we live near a park so we can get lots of excersise. The noise level isn’t that bad because not a lot of cars pass by. The bin collections happen once every week. Bad things is that there is a lot of crime. A lot of different people live on my street.
