There are loads of cycle routes and buses, but closest train station is not so close by and it's at least 14-15 minutes walk. Service is very regular on all known buses and trains around the area

Mostly families live on my street, and you can say half are home owners and the other half are renters in the council flats I think. It's usually not noisy, there are allocated parking for residents only at least until 6:30pm except Sundays. Bin collections are also very regular

Just close by is Church Street, I live off that street. It has a range of bars and restaurants - including a Nandos and KFC nearby - so even with a lockdown you can still order food in quickly. There are loads of corner shops selling catering to different customers from different parts of the world-African, European, Asian, Caribbean etc. Stoke Newington library is just a few minutes walk away, as well as Clissold Park and Abney Park. Clissold Park has a pond as well so if you want to duck watch, you're welcome. There's also tennis and basketball courts as well as a multi-purpose event hall, there's also a small pool for kids as well as a lot of green space for sun bathing or running or walking your dog etc. Off Church street and adjacent to Clissold Park is also a leisure centre with full swimming facilities. On Stoke Newington high street are banks and an Iceland store as well as Halfords and Sports Direct. So it is a very good area for lots of things you want to do daily. Clissold park is very popular around the area. The only downside seems to be that the nearest train station, Stoke Newington station is about 14 mins walk and not closer, closest tube station is Finsbury park which you can get to on bus 106 or about 20 minute walk.
Nevill Rd, N16 8SHEverything I need is right there on my doorstep
There is everything you need in a small area without it being too busy or cramped. There is a nursery, primary and secondary school within 5 minutes walk of my home. It is quite an upcoming trendy area with a lot of younger people and families which I really like. The general public are very respectable and friendly. It is a very safe area, especially for animals and children. I have never felt nervous late at night going home- being a young woman that is quite an achievement. I would recommend N16 to anyone within a heartbeat. The surrounding homes are beautiful with lovely architecture full of space.

The cycle routes around N16 are brilliant. There are many buses that can get you right into town and most other destinations. There is a lack of underground stations but that is compensated with the amount of overground stations surround the area. I think it is a very feasible and easy place to travel in/out of.
Community
Most neighbours are family homes or couples- very caring and respectful. I find the streets always very peaceful and friendly. There is no traffic and no disruptions. Bin collections are always punctual.

I absolutely love living in N16. Everything I need is right there on my doorstep- wonderful pubs and restaurants surrounded by any other facility needed. I feel spoiled by my choices. Incredible bakeries and coffee shops, fabulously fresh green grocers, tranquil parks and beautifully designed buildings with lovely aesthetics. The park is always full of happy people walking dogs or children playing in the huge playground, even a skate park! There is also a magical cemetery park filled with hundreds of routes to find each time you visit. I am lucky enough to be right next to a leisure centre and a 5 min cycle from a climbing gym! Church street is always bustling with people enjoying their morning coffees and stylish brunch’s. I feel as though nothing is missing from N16 and I am very grateful to be living here.

To be honest iwould like to know that theres a park near by and it always too dark at night and and i like to go for run at night time after i get back from work the i liked the most was that the trasport its great to all differnet lines of underground aswell you literally just go until the other side of london and back
