It’s becoming more and more trendy for sure, listen before years back the area was not that Great. The price of housing have increase massively so there’s a lot of new money in the area. Not too far from central London very expensive cafes that not everyone back in the days could afford
Transport
There are no big supermarkets from my house at a walkable distance which can be annoying. Sometimes some of the local chips and chicken smell quite bad and their bins bring all types of stuff there. Also the crowds that it brings is very loud. The roads during Friday and Saturday are not that clean
Community
All the neighbours have been here for a while, everyone is lovely and takes after each other. Some of them are quiet. But some are nice enough to collect your Amazon’s parcels.
Amenities
I love the parks in my area, they are very relaxing and I go there to forget about all my worries. There are many local restaurants from different cultures which makes this a very multi cultural area. I love how right next to a Kebab you can find a local cafe with vegan options. It is really for everyone this area. There are many many cafes with very loyal customers. There is also many high end and not so high end Nail shop next to food stuff so if you are doing a mani-pedi you can take a break and eat some chicken and chips. It’s a lovely area.
Turnham Rd, SE4 2JDA wonderful place to call home.
Although, I don't drive, several friends of mine have complemented the area on how easy it is to find parking due its “openness”.
Transport
Transport in the area is satisfactory, just like other areas in London buses being widely available, with our local station Crofton Park also close by. The buses are relatively consistent arriving on time and are adequately clean.
Community
Due to the large number of communal areas, the area has a great sense of community and a bubbling atmosphere, as such anti-social behaviour is uncommon; the area composed of a nice mix of owner families and renting couples My only critique is that the area can get somewhat noisy on busy days even from the comfort of your home.
Amenities
The area is fantastic, especially if you have children. Less than 10 mins apart is an adventure play ground, community centre and playground, a bit further out and you have a CO-OP, clothing store and health care trust. The play ground are the community highlight, the local children playing there while the congregate at the community centre.

If you have children I would recommend this area as it is quite quiet but if you have a dog I would not recommend as there is not a lot of green area for walking the animals

There are no stations within my immediate vicinity. But there are a few busses it is a limited selection. It would be best to catch a bus then switch later or get off at your desired station
Community
It is quite a boring area not a lot is going on and the community is essentially non-existent. If you travel out a bit further there are a lot of restaurants with a wide variety
Amenities
To be honest there are not a lot of good stores near my house or anything useful. They all require quite a long walk but it’s too short to just take the car which makes it quite frustrating. There are a few small green areas
