If you are planning to stay very close to Central London, then this is not the place as it is towards east. Be prepared to travel a bit to go to Central London.

Transport

The place is well connected to all places in London through tube, buses, trains, underground (Jubilee). The transport is clean, reliable and the frequency is good, except during odd hours like very early mornings and very late nights. Cabs (Uber) are also available all the time.

Community

Parking is available. There are no bars in very close proximity to create disturbance at home. There has been ongoing construction which can be troublesome at times. There is also ongoing road repairs etc which occasionally results in traffic congestion.

The location is amazing. It is very close to Greenwich Park and River Thames. There are 4-5 recreation centers/gyms within 500 meters. There are several bars abd restaurants all along the road till Cutty Sark and along River Thames, i.e. all within a mile. There is Tesco, Sainsbury's, Iceland just a couple of minutes walk away. ASDA is about half a mile away. There are 5-6 salons as well nearby. There is Greenwich market for street food. There is Royal Museums, Old Naval College, etc. for those interested in tourism. The population in the area is mainly whites with very few Blacks. It is one of the richest areas. Canary Wharf is the nearest commercial center. The place is well connected with buses, tube, underground and trains.
