There's a Traffic noise but only in the morning so it's comfortable for to stay and mostly of people who live here are renters.

Social behaviour problems, been reported many times but no intervention yet. Mostly owners in my area and young families. I don't drive so no udea about parking availability. No traffic noise

Very low quality restaurants and shops in acton high street. Some exceptions such as the pub called George & dragon and cafe such ass the Coffee house. No quality supwrmarkets such as waitrose, marks & Spencer, whole food or any other indipendent organic option.

The atmosphere is quite familiar but it also has a lot of businesses around, so you have a lot of people that work around from Monday to Friday and then you can enjoy of the peaceful in a very familiar way over the weekends. It is 100% recommendablw for chidren and pets, as it has very big green parks.

It is well connected with the tube (District line) or overground, but my recommendation would always be to take your bike and go around from Earl's Court, Hammersmith or Richmond.

The are is quiet and peaceful and you can find bins in all the streets. It is a familiar area so it is quite safe to go for a walk
