There's a Traffic noise but only in the morning so it's comfortable for to stay and mostly of people who live here are renters.

There's a Hotel with its own restaurant, nice popular bars and a park where you can walk and feel comfortable with the silence and air. Therefore it's important to care the nice places

The area is perfect for families and pets, due to the many parks, riverside and it’s a very secure area, super well connected.

My area is strategically located between Hammersmith, where you can get Piccadilly, District line, Hammersmith and City and Circle line and Sheperdbush where you can get Central line for quick connection to central London. Not far from Hammersmith station (15 minutes by walk) you will find Kensington Olympia, for overground connection. There are plenty of busses too.

Community

Our house is just in front of the park, so it’s really peaceful. There’s not much traffic noise but definitely we can hear people passing by and kids playing. We don’t own a car but parking won’t be difficult if you have a residence permit. We have never experience anti social behaviour since we move here 3 years ago , but we have sometimes problem with foxes :) Bin collection is every Tuesday early morning and it works well. We often run out of bin bags though.

My area there is everything you need nearby: shops, all the big chains and lot of independent coffee shops. It is strategically locally between Hammersmith and Sheperdbush, where you can find a big Westfield. It’s an area mainly for family but there are also lot of young professionals who live here.

Social behaviour problems, been reported many times but no intervention yet. Mostly owners in my area and young families. I don't drive so no udea about parking availability. No traffic noise

Very low quality restaurants and shops in acton high street. Some exceptions such as the pub called George & dragon and cafe such ass the Coffee house. No quality supwrmarkets such as waitrose, marks & Spencer, whole food or any other indipendent organic option.
