Not much to dislike here, the place is pretty nice looking and increasing in value, safe and quiet so great for kids and animals the like. Again the only real issue is the lack of convenient shops and it being to quiet sometimes.
Transport
There is a couple of train stations near by like Crofton or Honor Oak park that are like 10 -20 minutes walks away which aint too bad and bus stops at Lewisham hospital which to come at a steady rate. A lot of us in the area drive though so this isnt much of a concern to us though, the downside is traffic can get annoying when everyone is out and parking spots at the shopping centre can be tough to find.

The area is pretty to chill to live in, everyone is quite neighbourly and nice which is cool so problems like parking or issues with bin collection are uncommon. The area is also pretty quiet which is awesome most of the time but can sometimes make the place feel dull, so if your someone who likes spontaneous living this probably aint the place for you. The area is mainly families with a couple of first time owner couples.

There isnt a lot in the area but there is a nice variety to what is here, there is couple of takeaways and restaurants like the Malaysian Deli near Beecroft Garden primary or The Chandos a nice little pub on Brockley Rise. The Chandos alongside the Jack Studio theatre have to be the most popular places locally to me as they're nice spots to go to rewind from family lives and work, while offering entertainment. A corner shop would add to the place as as it is now you have to go to the shopping centre for that stuff.

Excellent. Tube and busses are easy to access, good value, mainly on time. More cycle lanes would be better

Quiet road. Well lit at night. Safe community vibe. More parking spaces would be ideal :) very good in terms of lack of litter.
