Overall the atmosphere in the area is generally good but quiet, everyone goes about their day in a peaceful manner. It is kind of in need of regeneration with some shops but overall food places are okay for takeaways and area is suited for children and pets to live in as it is generally a safe area
Transport
Buses are widely available as there are bus stops every few minutes of walking with many stops of access. Most of the time, public transport is clean but sometimes traffic during rush hour. There is also a tube station with a few minutes walking distance which is also quite regular and reliable! Night buses not available so much.
Community
Parking is widely available as there are private driveways as well as other designated parking. Bins are regularly collected every week. Overall good performance and good neighbourhood with families and couples.
Amenities
Vast range of restaurants with different cuisines such as Chinese food, kebab houses & Subway etc. Living near a lovely high street, there is also a variety of local shops to run in and do a quick food shop such as Tesco Express and other supermarkets. This local is very convenient for your local errands as it provides a wide amount to do and to eat. With hairdressers and Vets available at your doorstep, this is truly good. Only thing I’d suggest is more banks to be put in the high street but otherwise, overall a nice area to live in.

I like the fact that the neighbourhood is very quiet and everyone knows eachother and are friendly. Attention to small detail is key to living in a safe environment. there is always people around you can talk to. The area is very suitable for children and family with schools a walking distance away and local busstops.
Transport
There are bus stops and tube stations so close to eachother that they are both easily accessible with some of the best bus routes taking you across London. Transport services are on point with buses every 2 or 3 minutes enough service for busier times. Traffic is present at peak rush hour times but easily avoidable though small inside routes that lead to the same opening.
Community
Brilliant parking availability, no permit holders. There are mostly families living on the Road. Friendly and attentative neighbours that keep a look out to see if there I'd anything suspicious going on. Traffic noise is kept to a minimal as it is a quiet road and also a dead end.
Amenities
There are plenty amenities in the NW2 area. Local shops, pubs and resturants just a short walk away not to mention a range of lovely open spaces with airy views. The quality of local shops is fantastic with food stores being the most popular. Pubs being accessible by foot for some, perfect for a Friday night beer. There are also beer gardens and open shisha spots to socialize. There's nothing missing. You can find everything within reach and of good quality.

I think the zone needs more police to we see that we are secure, and try talk with the owners to they clean the shops.. But in General it is good to leave here

Bus on the door, Neasden station 8 minutes from here.. I think it is a good service of transport, not the most clean but it is London so it is what it is

My street it is really nice, good neighbours, no traffic noise, no anti-social behaviour since I am here, most of the houses are rented for multicultural people what it is nice!

The station of Nesdan it is at 8 minutes from here, it isnt the most beautiful station but it is enough for travel, we have like a market at 5 minutes from here with everything we need Tesco, barbers, restaurants. I wold say that it is everything that we need to survive!
