This is a relatively safe area but there are car breakins with increasing regularity.
Transport
Transport links in this area are great - the Hammersmith Broadway bus station is close and you can get regular busses to a variety of locations across London with ease. There are four different London Underground tube lines within walking distance which makes travelling across London incredibly easy.
Community
There is a variety of residents in the area, buyers and renters - families, couples and elderly residents. Despite being close to four tube lines, transport noise isn’t an issue - particularly at nighttime, the roads are quiet and local area is peaceful. There is little anti-social behaviour on the streets but within a couple of roads towards Shepherd’s Bush there are often drug raids on properties.
Amenities
Huge range of local and chain restaurants and shops in the local area. Within a couple of miles there are 3 massive open spaces and parks, with facilities for children built in too. Ravenscourt Park is particularly popular with the locals, as are the range of pubs and bars. It would be great to have a facility for swimming which is more accessible to the locals.

Transport
Ravenscourt park tube is very convenient for the district line which links to Hammersmith and then Hammersmith and city and the picadilly line to take you into central London. There’s a good Thames path for walking and cycling and lots of busses passing through.
Community
All council work is performed in a regular basis, bins always picked up (even through pandemic!!). It’s a very quite area and very peaceful- almost as if you aren’t in London.

There’s are lots of great local shops from the butcher to the DIY store. Everyone has a friendly face and there’s a real sense of community in the area. Brankenbury village is very quaint and there’s a great Thai too!
