I like this area because I do feel safe here plus it’s a pretty place to walk around,people tending to have well- looked after front gardens.The proximity of Pitshanger Park with its walks,tennis courts etc is a definite plus. Hanger Hill Park and Fox Wood are a very short walk away too. This area is very suitable for dog owners( there is even a field at the back of a nearby road,not more than three or four minutes walk away which is suitable for walking the dog.) There are also two local primary schools.

Transport links in my local area are great.Buses run along Pitshanger Lane and Hanger Lane on the Central line is within walking distance.Ealing Broadway is served by the Central and District Lines and overground trains take you quickly and efficiently to Paddington one way and Heathrow Airport the other way. There are many buses and also,the Piccadilly line serves North Ealing,South Ealing and Northfields.

My street is a quiet residential one with no parking restrictions.The residents are mainly homeowners with some renters too.Bin collections by the local council are mainly good just with the odd slip up.Can easily walk to the shops in Pitshanger Lane or to some shops by Hanger Lane station.The lovely Pitshanger Park is also easily one walking distance.You can sometimes hear a slight buzz in the background ,of traffic on the A40.But the plus side is that driving into town or out the other way is very easy to do from here.

Pitshanger Lane (or Village as it is affectionately called is) is my local ,lively shopping area.It has cafes,restaurants galore and a post office, grocery stores, fruit and veg shop, newsagent, off-licence and pub/restaurant.

I do like Ealing and that is the reason I live here. There is places where you can relax as well as places that you can entertain, to go out . It is relatively safe area with good transport links. It has very good schools around, some of them are private. The state ones are also very good but not enough spaces for kids.

Transport in Ealing is very good. There are several tube lines. From Ealing Broadway you can take Central Line, District Line, trains to Heathrow, Paddington, Reading. Central Line is very reliable and it takes 20 min to be in city centre. Also if you work in City you don’t need to change lines. Travelling with car is also good as A40 will lead you to city centre easy and quick as well as to M25 . Ealing has good transport links to Heathrow airport, Windsor, Oxford. At pick time can be challenging traveling with public transport as it full with people and the same with the car. There is a lot of traffic on 406, A40 and particularly around Hanger Lane gyratory .

Ealing used to be more family oriented area with mainly home owners from few generations . Part of it is still like that, but a lot of renters are coming to live here as it’s convenient for transport. Parking around is not big issue in Ealing, there are plenty of spaces, mainly paid but still there is. Bin collecting is well organised and there is no problem with that. In this area is not many cases for anti social behaviour or at least I’m not aware of that. In overall I can rate it as safe and quiet.

Living in Ealing is great for families and youngsters. There are a lot of beautiful parks that you can sport or chill out. As well as big shopping centre and bars and restaurants to go out. I particularly like Wolpole park as it has big and nice playground for kids, beautiful ponds with ducks and in the summer there are few festivals that you can visit with the whole family. Other things I like in Ealing is transport links. It is very convenient to travel to city centre with public transport , Central Line is very reliable and also trains from Ealing Broadway. There is also good links with car to city centre , to Heathrow, Oxford or Windsor.

There are shops that sell many types of products and food which makes a person like the area more however sometimes it’s get overcrowded with people selling stuff on the floor

Acton town train station is not too far plus there are several bus stops around however sometimes acton high streets gets so busy that cars moves very slowly

There are lots of dodgy people at night plus there is a number of bars next to the area. Driving at night requires a little bit of care because there are lots of drunk people

If we are talking about acton i will start with places next to morrisons super store 1.) the super store is big and kind of not expensive there is close to the area amigos restaurant it’s always so crowded
