I like how lively green lanes is in contrast with the residential roads. It brings a sense of community to the area as there are always people out and about abs striking up a conversation every once in a while. It’s peaceful on the residential roads which is pleasant. It’s developed, but can often be seen as run down with graffiti plastered around and buildings that look like they’ve seen better days. It’s mostly safe for children and pets, although Finsbury Park is often home to drug dealers, gang members and the homeless. There has been gang activity in the area with a fatal shooting of a young man a few months ago. Most of the time however , it is mostly safe - it’s just not the best place to be at night.
Transport
Many bus routes in the area. Both underground and overground within walking distance. Mostly clean, though graffiti is often seen at bus stops. There are not many night buses however and transport can get quite busy.
Community
My street is nice, people are very friendly. I believe there are more renters and families, though there are some students further down. Traffic is pretty minimal and can be very social at times, our local corner shop is very friendly and has many necessities that we need in a rush.
Amenities
Many good quality restaurants, cafes, local shops and bars. The restaurants are very popular and always busy. I would however like more variety of restaurants as most restaurants are of the same cuisine. Maybe a few more clothing shops - but mostly very good

Transport
Many bus stops and tube stations, in terms of ubers and olas there are many car around, the only thing i havent seen around is any black cabs
Community
The good thing is the community of creatives are amazing there was alot going on atleast before lockdown, relating to parties, gatehrings, classes, performances it is an amazing place to live. The downside ofcourse is less peace due to all of the above when you want some peace and queit or to sit down to some serious work

There are many little shops in the area only a 5 minute walk away I would say 3, along with A massive sainsburys having everything from food, to toys to clothes and household equipment.

it feels safe compared to other areas i’ve been in as everything is out in the open and thats gives a sense of security to the people living here i do dislike however the popularity of the area due to the restaurants sometimes making it uncomfortable to get places

it has great transport links with an underground and and overground as-well as many bus stops in the area making it very simple to travel

the area is loud and up beat when the business open but after a while you get used to it

the type of restaurants in the area are quite repeated however it does creative a friendly atmosphere as a result of it, the local shops are average and what you’d except of a local store. Theres nothing that comes to mind to improve the area i think its great how it is
