Great Transport and Fantastic Parks

The area has improved significantly over the few years in which I have lived here. People are finally appreciating the good transport links and it seems good investment is coming in constantly

Transport

My job means that I have to travel to different parts of the city daily. It has been integral for me the sheer range of options. Multiple overground lines mean I can get into Liverpool Street or Barking etc. Buses that go straight to Oxford street and the victoria line all available.

Community

My street has mostly renters. Typically quite young and graduates. I like that it is leafy. Parking spaces are always available.

Amenities

Pleasantly surprised by the open spaces. The park and reservoirs offer great walks. Some great independent restaurants near walthamstow Village, in particular along Hoe Street

The street can be a bit loud with the window open

The area is suitable for children and pets, but can be a bit noisy so I’m not sure it’s my ideal place to raise a family

Transport

Close to bus and trains, but definitely issues with rush hour traffic

Community

A bit noisy with the window open, but not too bad. Neighbors are younger, students and couples mostly

Amenities

Diverse area, but could do with more casual dining
