A beautiful and developed place; Blackhorse Lane

It's a very trendy area, undergone gentrification and so there are alot more young upper-class individuals moving into the area as the old reprobates from before have moved out and into different areas, there's alot of development around my area including the building of new accommodation and houses.

Transport

There are two main stations relatively close, Blackhorse lane Station is just down the road and Walthamstow Central station is also just down the road, there can be traffic coming from either side depending on rush hour and trains are fairly okay when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. Busses do run until midnight however so it could be better.

Community

The area is nice and clean however there is a little bit of traffic noise from cars and such due to my road being a main road, down the street there is a student accommodation however my neighbours are nice as I've been living here all my life.

Amenities

I grew up in this area, and growing up it was somewhat rough around the edges, there were a few gangs here and there such as priory court and the Mali boys down the road in Walthamstow but as gentrification came the area upgraded considerably, its a very safe neighbourhood with a thriving community, a very accessible train station (Blackhorse Lane) lays just down the road in a straight line and there's even a nice Comic book shop on the way (Krypton Comics). The E17 area is a multicultural melting pot with all sorts of people living in and around it, the streets are recently paved so the ground looks nice and clean with a local Co-op and Europe's longest market being around 30 minutes walking distance. Lloyd's Park is a fairly busy place due to its natural scenery and the skate park that is good for any children interested in skateboarding, restaurants such as Le Delice and others along the way to walthamstow are popular and thrive even during this pandemic, there's even a cinema as you get deeper into Walthamstow. As a rule of thumb, walthamstow is very populated and popular due to tha market and the shopping centers, it serves as a local community hub as there are loads of kind people that are helpful with finding places and locations.

Peaceful quiet residential area, friendly neighbours

The area is pretty modern and suitable for children adults and pets. It is very safe.

Transport

There are many bus stops at a minutes walk with buses arriving every couple of minutes. No underground station nearby. Buses run regularly. They are clean.

Community

Some houses have driveways otherwise it’s permit holders only as there is a school nearby. Parking is always available. No anti social behaviour. Nice quiet area with nice quiet friendly residents, mainly owners.

Amenities

Great transport links, near bus stops, shops, Lloyds is just 5 minutes walk, nice quiet residential area, near school and all local amenities. There a few nice takeaways

The area is really nice and calm but it can be a bit of hassle if you dont have a car

i really like the transportation methods but i dont really like the fact that there isnt any superstores nearby. this area is suitable for children because there isnt many cars around and its very quiet with a nice park near by.

Transport

To be honest theres an amazing variety of transportation methods here there is bus stops everywhere, tube stations etc. but it is quite busy in this area especially after 3pm because thats the time when kids come out of school.

Community

the good aspects of my street are probably: no car noises, quite and calming area and amazing neighbours as well as friendly social behaviour

Amenities

The area is really nice and calm but it can be a bit of hassle if you dont have a car because some facilities are kind of far away so its better if you have a car. it would be better if there were more superstores nearby.
