Bus stop is 2mins walk which can take you towards Shepherd’s Bush or towards Kensington high street. The overground is again 3 mins walk from my place, and best to take anytime after 7:30am

The only bad thing I can think of is parking, our mews use to be free parking and now they have the yellow line which is a nuisance. Life is expensive as it is and to add parking cost is the only downfall I can think of
Amenities
We have a local shop, dry cleaning and few restaurants with few feet’s, which I’m thankful and great full for. Westfield is 11 mins walk, Holland Park, Notting hill and Kensington is bus ride away. Would not change for anywhere to be honest, I’ve lived here over 25years and have seen all the changes the area has gone through which is nothing but positive.

Transport
There is no need for a car as public transport is widely available, and cycles are readily available for hire (with plenty of cycle routes provided). Buses are plentiful, although rather slow in rush hour, but there is a wide choice of various underground and overground stations within easy walking distance.

Parking permits are available for residents, which are great because they allow you to park anywhere in Kensington and Chelsea for a modest (relative to parking charges) yearly fee. It is sometimes difficult to find a parking space right next to your home though, especially late at night. Bin collections are frequent , at least twice a week, and the paths are swept almost every day so the streets are kept clean.

There are many small shops locally in the side roads and in Holland Park Avenue, and the extensive Westfield shopping mall is right on our doorstep within a few minutes walk. There are also many little restaurants from a wide variety of nationalities and with a wide range of prices, from cute little cafes to sophisticated eateries. For relaxation, Holland Park iteslf can not be beaten!

Close to Kensington olympia Station, buses going to Hammersmith and Fulham . There are many night buses and shepherds Bush Station is only 10 min walk and hight street kensington 15 min walk There isn't much traffic on our side as the main traffic tends to.come from Holland Park Road.

It is a lovely area , many families and professionals living in the area . I feel very safe living in the area. There is less traffic as its a back road and mainly residents and people who know it as a shortcut use it .

there are 2 restaurants, a corner shop and a laundry and only a few minutes walk and you can find a pharmacy and a Costa. There is also a local sainsbury . Kensington Olympia Station is also near .
