I would rate it safely. You have great links to central and Camden, you have shops small and large. 2020 really makes you take stock of your situation and I can say, I was extremely lucky to be here for it.

Right next to the picadilly line at caledonian road, you get the late night tube! I feel like I am in Central London with how quick the journey is. I have never been stranded. Rush hour in the morning can be a pain on the tube, being the stop just before kings cross. The buses or cycle routes will sort you out though.
Community
The bin collection is faultless. They take both bins every day, collect it from your front garden. You can never miss the bins! I have had no social problems. A real mix of people. Mostly renters but it may be families or friends or couples.

A short hop away from Holloway Road, there you will any shop, cafe, restaurant or pub you will fall in love with. It could do with some more night life, I admit I cannot ever find a bar to go to.

The area is mainly workers, their families and student so it has a good vibe. You have plenty of things to do in the area. Lots of cafes, restaurants, local shops and parks that you can visit.

Holloway Road having it's own station (Piccadilly Line) is very helpful to go around the city. Buses are always reliable and cycle routes are available.

Living near the university and underground station, I have a friendly and peaceful student and workers neighborhood. It's quiet and the vibe is good in my street.

Emirates Stadium is one of Holloway Road's famous structure. If you go towards highbury there are lots of cafes, hipster shops and a good vibe.

Council very helpful with all other amenities and people round here are very liberal. We have a healthy mix of people or all various ages and ethnicities living on my street

There are decent shops around and the high street round these parts is okay. I particularly like the dentists however they can be a bit rude sometimes
