It's a blend of its former edgy coffee hipster vibes, its nearby residential council builds and its push for it to be a night out high street. It's certainly not trendy any longer. The more bars and restaurants open, the less independent shops and stores exist, therefore pushing away the creatives and the young. On the other side is very dull and by the numbers. However it's fairly good for families as it's not too close to those bars.
Transport
Bus stops are not far at all and they take you into Soho or down through the river without much need to change bus. Old Street station is under 10 minute's walk and Liverpool is under 20. So the options for underground lines are quite good, but obviously it accumulates depending on your need to go to Liverpool Street or not.
Community
It is quiet in a sense, that the roads nearby are so small they would rarely be used compared to the main road they connect to. It's mostly families renting from the council so it feels very safe. The gated doors keep people out who don't have a pass, but even then the area seems fine. The parking is permit only in the block, but there are quite a few free parking spots within walking distance. Bin collection is good. Lots of large bins that are collected weekly.
Amenities
The area sits between the bar filled street of Old and the residential region of Hoxton. The great thing about this area is you are walking distance to both (so have food shops, schools, restaurants and bars all near) and also not far from Brick Lane, Box Park and Liverpool Street. However the supermarkets are small, the best coffee shops are somewhat too far for a casual pick up for home and the bars are bad.

The area is being regenerated, with lots of new houses, new schools, new community centre are built. It is very green, next to the canal and trendy. The parks, like Shoreditch park, Haggerston park, Victoria park, are very close and all provide excellent amenities for children, exercising, or just a nice stroll. Plentiful of cafes and pubs in the area. One of the pubs around the corner has a small theatre, which is always a joy.
Transport
Very well connected. Haggerston overground and Old street stations just 10-15 min walk away. Lots of busses 2 mins away and plenty of bicycles available
Community
Quiet residential area very close to the City. Lots of parking availability, a very green area next to Regent's canal. Lots of young families live here.

The area has a myriad of independent shops and cafes as well as all the most popular retailers. Shoreditch park is just around the corner

Transport is very good actually, because there is a wide range of availability of buses with every 100-200 metre range of bus stations.Train services are adequate. Regularity of these services are quite promising.roads and ways are well maintained, so that implies less traffic.only issue is travelling night is pretty bad due to lack of services reqularly.

Parking allocation is good,specifies with number markings.collection of bins are regularly organised and maintained eco-friendly. The neighborhood is also well behaved so the chance of antisocial behaviour is minimal.the area is occupied mostly by renters such as couples, families and a little percentage of students.

There is a great range of shops around our area in which some of them are maintained with good cleanliness.High streets are popular among the location where different kinds of shops are crowded with people. Shops like clothing brands are missing in this area.
