Primrose Hill, NW1 8UEIt is all very expensive and a bit snooty at times.
We've lived here a while now and only really started going to the Regents Canal for walks on a good weather day.
Transport
We're under half a mile from Chalk Farm station for the Northern Line. I don't know of many buses around here which is a shame. There are a few stops further down towards the park, but I've never been very successful at getting one.
Community
There isn't a huge amount of diversity living in this area, which I would prefer. However, what is great about it is living so close to Primrose Hill itself which is usually very peaceful.
Amenities
It's hard to be critical of a place that we know we are very fortunate to live in - but while there are so many places walking distance from us for our children - the mix of what is on offer in terms of the shops and restaurants around Primrose hill isn't great. It is all very expensive and a bit snooty at times. However, the park and the playgrounds near here are good for our children. obviously London zoo is so near too.

Excellant bus service. Brillant underground service. Bikes and car hires are available. Always on time. Very nice and clean. Tfl is providing great service. Love london.

Plenty of parking available. People are very kind and friendly, they will help eachother. Plenty of renters and students. Familys and couples.
Amenities
Park, playground coffee shop Everyone will hurt you, you have to find the right ones to suffer for. More money more problems. Area is nice and quite.
King Henry's Rd, NW3 3RPThis is quite a residential area,
Regent's Park Zoo is also within walking distance, which is very nice. Also Regent's Park and Primrose Hill are very close.
Transport
Chalk Farm tube station is your closest station served by the Northern Line. Also a few buses going in several directions.
Community
Primrose Hill is just minutes away. That's the best selling point of this part of town. Not much crime in this area, since it is quite expensive.
Amenities
This is quite a residential area, so you'll have to walk quite a bit to reach the closest amenity i.e. restaurant, pub or even a supermarket
