Buses are plenty both daily and night, ensuring quick links to hotspots in central London. Thank God for the Northern line, reliable and fast (available 24 hours on weekends) - but commuters will love the trains that go through the same station and take to Victoria, London Bridge and the south of England.

My street is quiet, perfect for professionals and families alike. There's not much traffic so parking is more or less always available. Bin collection is on Monday so make sure your bags are out by Sunday evening!

Just that I should have moved here sooner. Definitely suitable for children and pets, park is just around the corner and lots of servoces available.

Tube, rail, night and day buses to central London. No bike sharing but that's pretty much all that's missing!

Quiet area, safe at night, no traffic, but not much nightlife and mostly for families so not many bars and pubs

I live in Bedford hill, which is a main road. We have triple glazing so noise is not a problem. Garbage collection, including recycling is ok. The neighbourhood used to be more diverse, with artists and non white British people, with a strong Ghanaian component, still present in food shops and a clothes shop. Recent gentrification led to a large component of long haired slim blond yummy mummies.
