I love the local atmosphere it is mainly very uplifting and energetic give you a real feel of community. It is quite up market but there is still all the amazing self employed stalls and I just love them

There are two tube stations round the corner that are easy to access with Brixton being wheelchair accessible rush hour can be a bit tricky but thankfully the staff are always kind and extremely helpful it is always as clean as can be I know the staff try there best and that's all anyone can ask for. There is a very wide range of busses thankfully takeing you all over London which is so very helpful.

It is a really good area to live in and kind people sometimes is can be very loud with police sirens but that is understandable I think mainly family's and couples live on our street as well as a wonderful place called evolve housing and support that help young people with housing issue and what not. The social behaviour of some people can be quite nerve racking at times but I have never felt unsafe

There is a high range of shops near me as we are also so close to Brixton we have shop's ranging from Poundland to Sainsbury's and Morley's to TK MAX . All these shops and there workers help so much with in the community another thing I love about our area is the feel of community there are so many self started and self owned restraints and stalls that when you go out you really feel like your helping the community and the people around. I think one of the most loved places in our area is the skate park it's always amazing to walk by and see all these young people gathering and having a laugh such talented people a real feel of community space nice to just site and watch on a lovely day.

Parking spot is somewhat decent there not as reliable as I wish they was. However sometimes if your lucky you can find a fantastic Spot. In the located place.

The best thing about here is that you can be in Oxford Circus in 8 minutes. The area is quite up market, albeit with the occasional council estate airdropped in, but for the most part it seems fairly safe.

Excellent transport links - Northern Line at Clapham North and Stockwell, Victoria Line at Stockwell and Overground from Clapham High Street. Plentiful buses and Boris bike stations down Clapham Road. However, you will struggle to get on the Northern Line at Clapham North during rush hour and would be better off walking to Stockwell.

Very quiet street with no real issues and a couple of bike storage places. Mostly families, with a few shared houses for young professionals

The local shops are plentiful, ranging from Iceland and Greggs to independent bakeries and organic farm shops. Clapham High Street is popular due to its plethora of bars and restaurants. Late nights are served by The Swan and Infernos, and there are plenty of pubs, including The Falcon and The Landor which have large beer gardens
