I really think the access to all the restaurants in such a close proximity is a very appealing aspect. Occasionally there have been play outside sessions on our road which allows children and the local community to interact whilst ensuring the road is shut off. Lots of friendly cats and dogs make it suitable for animal lovers. Although there has been crime it does happen in low amounts and isn’t something I have felt too worried about.

Lots of bike access with wide roads, bus stops in close range and access to services like uber quickly. Roads are kept under good clean conditions. At night time busses operate well and with the added bonus of new lights installed really helps light up streets at night. The main issue is not having designated school zones as there have been a few reported crime incidents that have meant school children can feel worried. I feel as having more police in operations to put students at peace of mind too.

Lots of parking space, friendly community, good street lights and low noise. Access to house extensions with respectful workers and neighbours who don’t make too much noise late at night

There’s a pub, two corner shops in relatively close distances. Access to a small park just down one connecting road. Friendly community and lots of houses, barbers two schools (a primary and secondary). And a much larger park in a five minute walking distance. Also convenient bus stops a minute away that come and go every five to ten minutes.

In my area every one is respectful to one another and everybody is happy. There are plenty of security to keep this place safe

There are lots of buses which come around 5 minutes. This is really great for the community as everyone goes work and school. Also. There are a train station nearby which comes quick. But as it get night time buses come quite late, but this is not an issue most of the time

Every week there is a bin collection which is very nice as this makes it safe for the community to move around.

To be honest iwould like to know that theres a park near by and it always too dark at night and and i like to go for run at night time after i get back from work the i liked the most was that the trasport its great to all differnet lines of underground aswell you literally just go until the other side of london and back
