Everything being new (from Olympics development) has its drawbacks - there's not much history or long standing local business round here.

The buildings I live in are new and quite good quality, but they are built in a way that I don't or can't get talking to my neighbours. I never have any problems with neighbours/loud noise/anti social behaviour to be fair.
Amenities
I'm near an Anytime Fitness which is good for me. Also like being close to Firezza and Sainsburys. Otherwise, unless there's a pandemic, all the plus points around here are good, but either expensive for me or totally overrun by people. Match days are even worse. I like the Wetlands area of the park. Primark in the Westfield center is big and in my price range. It's always messy - though not unusual for a primark to be fair.

With DLR 2 minutes away, I could either take this and head on down to Stratford International or I could rather use of the may routes available depending on how many steps I want to get in and enjoy the fresh air.

I opted to live in this area due to not being around noisy streets, and huge foot traffic. It’s quiet more days and it’s mix between young professionals and families.
Amenities
Victory Park right out by door step - that is well lit up, contains a Maze, a huge Park for my doggie and I to play. Sainsbury across the street, local butcher and plenty of pubs and restaurants, what more could I ask for. I’d say We salute you, Tina is a fabulous place for a Friday night drink.

Excellent options of transport links, but all 7-10 min walk away. Not convenient at night when Westfield is not possible to walk through. Gets busy at weekends and on match days / big events at the Olympic stadium

Parking is so limited and if available then have to pay. Permits are Available for Free parking but it’s just so limited, there is usually no guarantees. Neighbours are noisy and play loud music but traffic is low and not noisy. It is a mixture of young families, couples, working adults
Amenities
Quiet a few small independent cafes, restaurants and grocery shop. Plenty of open space which is well kept. Easy Village borders the Olympic Park and is 5 minutes away from Hackney Wick. Missing more variety of shops, varying price ranges would be good
