Transport
Depending on where you live, tube station is not too long a walk away. Getting on at some 3 is actually so much easier in the morning, easy to get to big shopping outlet in Morden but also central London/Clapham etc. Find placement of bus stops slightly frustrating as end up having to walk quite a way sometimes !

My street is great, lots of really nice neighbours and real community feel. As is most of London, foxes can be extremely loud and have to make sure to cover your bins. As a woman, not very well lit at night so can be a bit daunting walking home from the tube in the winter but overall has a safe feel.
Amenities
Tooting Market is lovely and a must visit in Tooting - really close to the tube and has an array of restaurants and bars. Lots of great restaurants can be found on the way to both Tooting and Wandsworth Common (both great parks!). All of these areas are really popular. There are lots of pubs in Tooting - the one thing missing is more bar type places but really short trip to Balham/Clapham for those !

The thing I love about tooting the most is how diverse it is. You will always come across different people of ethnicities, races, and religion. This is something nice to see and is comforting as everyone is so kind to each other.
Transport
There are multiple buses than run throughout the area of Tooting. As it on a busy Highstreet, there are plenty of bus stops along the way. As for nigh buses, they run a lot less frequently but they still run which is the important thing. Tooting Broadway station is nearby and it is one of the main tube links that get to central, which is convenient to have nearby.
Community
Parking is an issue around the area. Because there are many people who are car owners, it can be tough to secure a parking spot near your house.

The local area very lively and diverse. There's are many super markets and grocery stores on Tooting Highstreet as well as essential services such as banks, pharmacies, and restaurants. Transport links are close by and see abundant. There are many bus stops and there is Tooting Broadway Underground station only 10 minutes away.

The closet stacion its about 10 mins wlak from here its a good connection with most of the lines i mostly take train and buses and yes theres a good amount of 24 hrs buses but now its a bit of a mission

Theres not alo of noise around since theres nothign around most of them are houses theres always parking available and i know that most of people around here been living in there for quite a while

Not a lot of stuff arpund here most of it are houses i think it wpuld be great for a lil corner shop around thats whats missing the closest restaurants and bars are about 20 mins away
