I like the fact that my area has good transport links and easy access to convenience stores. I dont like that my area has the potential to attract anti social behaviour. The area is suitable for pets and children but it isnt the safest neighbourhood in the north west. The atmosphere of the area is homely and sometimes theres this sense of disconnection. Despite having this homely feeling theres this underlying feeling of fear. Fear of the unknown as i would put it. Only due to the scares of anti social behaviour. Near my area is wembley stadium which is already going through regeneration but if i have to specifically talk about only my little area/road. i guess there is room for improvements in terms of increasing the sense of community
Transport
Transport links in the area are excellent. This is mainly due to the TFL system. Theres a bus stop almost everywhere making it very easy to get to many different parts of london. The service of transport is also very good since they are extremely regular and very reliable. There are peak times where there is traffic but if you know the peak times, traffic wouldnt be much of an issue. However one issue for me is the amount of road work there always is. This is one of the main reasons theres always traffic sometimes even when it isnt peak time.

Parking availability is good and bin collection is good and timely. There isnt traffic noise due to being in the inner roads of my area. There isnt much anti social behaviour apart from there being a few cases. There are mostly families living on my street.

There are a range of shops in the area especially since we are pretty close to the main “town” centre where there are many other international and large supermarkets. Most well known restaurants are in the nearby surrounding area e.g. Nandos & Frankie and benny’s. There are a good amount of open spaces considering we are becoming increasingly interconnected and more developed - definitely a range of areas for exercise and leisure. These local areas are popular due to them being easy to access and convenient in terms of leisure and exercise. BMX track is an example of a local area where many bikers go to and even people for runs or strolls. This area is moderately popular but still has many purposes and easy access for anyone who would want to use it. Perhaps having more areas for entertainment or like games e.g. mini golf would be nice instead of people having to travel to other places to get to experience these kinds of things. This would also help boost the economic activity of the area which is a win win.

Local travel is fairly good near 2 under ground station, Neasden and Wembley Park. Bus stops are also nearby with multiple buses that can take you to varies location if need be.

Parking not that great, requires a permit on event days and when its not event day parking is a nightmare, minicab drives, vans and lorry park here on the road as its free. This leaves no space or parking for people living in the area.

Great area to live in. Local to shops and parks. Close to the A406 so definitely will recommend others to live here. Only issue is parking requires permits and on event days there is traffic.

There are good connections on the bus and can take you to lots of other places in a short while the tube is also good. The trains and buses are regular and clean. There is traffic at rush hour because of the north circular. However there is no direct bus from here to Kenton/Kingsbury

There is a lot of parking available and bin collections are good. The traffic noise is not bad I can’t hear it at all. I live on a street with mostly renters who are families

We don’t have many shops and we have a few large chain shops like McDonald’s, subway and costa. We don’t have any bars but there are pubs but they are mostly for the older generation and not young people. We don’t have any restaurants like pizza express or Nando’s
