It's not a trendy area, it's more for living. A lot of families here, we have parks, the swimming pool, it's good for people who have kids. It's also an area that is changing a lot with a lot of new built around and that should be even better in a few years.

I am lucky enough to never have to take public transport during rush hour. I mainly use buses on a daily basis and rarely the underground. I live close to a busy road and area so there are so many buses lines to go almost anywhere from uxbridge road or White city station so I really can't complain about that. The few times I had to take the bus on rush hour, I have to say I gave up and ended up waking from Holland Park until home because Holland Park avenue is literally a nightmare at those times. It can take up to 1 hour just to get to the roundabout.

I live in a new built with mostly owners but the area is mixed. Bloemfontein road is usually a quite road and we have buses downstairs. It's clean most of the time, the only thing maybe is the park where people are kind of disrespectful. They always leave dirty things behind, especially the playground that is always full of rubbish after kids play... it's sad to see that but at the same time there is only a small bin that gets full quickly. Maybe larger or more bins would fix that, i don't know. Also when there are the QPR playing, our street is cut from the rest of the city as no more buses and this is a problem for a lot of people here.

The area is quite mixed and we have a lot of different shops, restaurants and more with Westfield but also on Shepherds Bush Green, Uxbridge road or Hammersmith. This is the reason why I like it here, everything is around the corner and the quality is in general good. I honestly don't have in mind anything missing or maybe more little lovely shops like the ones on Askew road...

Transport links are very good in this area as we’re on the central line (white city and shepherds bush).we also have the Hammersmith and city line and circle lines.And there is the train station in shepherds bush which is great.Theres lots of buses,it would be better though if there were extra buses going through white city estate.

Its a mixed bag.We have lovely neighbours but there are some horrible groups around here too.Pheonix high school is in the area which means the buses are unpleasant around the end of school day time.Other than that,most people are friendly.its mostly council/social housing but theres some private,such as the block over the sainsburies in white city.

We are lucky to have Westfield in this area, so theres a massive range of options for shops,restaurants and bars.In addition,there are lovely parks such as the shepherds bush green,hammersmith park and wormholt park.Ravenscourt park and holland park are also nearby.The only amenity I can think of thats missing are clubs.There was (is?)a club under shepherds bush green but its not very popular.
