Love that its diverse but it’s going through gentrification with new development and trendy cafes.

Good transport connectivity (10mins to Blackhorse station and 20mins to Walthamstow station. There’s a bus that takes you directly to Stratford. But issues are related to rush hours with 158. Before the pandemic, the 158 bus reaches full capacity after picking up passengers from North Countess Road, which means that people at the next stop usually aren’t able to get on. This bus needs to operate at higher frequency during peak hours to alleviate crowd congestion.

Good transport connection but can be difficult to find parking. Also, you now have to leave your bin outside on to the streets before collection otherwise they don’t clear it which is annoying.

Independent shops, chicken shops, barber shop and Co-op on this road. Nearest park is Lloyds park and the wetlands too which is quite popular. Perhaps the one thing that draws people into Walthamstow is God’s Own Junkyard having gained recognition through social media. Its popular because of its vintage signage and neon lights allowing visitors to enjoy its aesthetics. Although some of the streets in Walthamstow could be improved to allow permeability. For example, large patches of grass from the door step to the cars are inconvenient. Perhaps this space could be better utilised adopting good design and adding urban furniture and more street lights.

There are many bus stops at a minutes walk with buses arriving every couple of minutes. No underground station nearby. Buses run regularly. They are clean.

Some houses have driveways otherwise it’s permit holders only as there is a school nearby. Parking is always available. No anti social behaviour. Nice quiet area with nice quiet friendly residents, mainly owners.

Lots of traffic at peak times. Walthamstow station connects you with city and central destinations. 10 buses around. The area is not very clean and quite a bit of mental people wondering around

A lot of buses, close to the shops, park near by. People are renting the houses mostly. A lot of families with kids

Lots of different supermarkets like sainsbury, coop, tesco. Nice big park around Lloyds Park. There is a food market that is open 6 days a week.
