There is a park local so this would be good for children and pets. Good transport links so travel is not a issue if using TFL however if you drive you will struggle to find parking. Not really a sense of community as there is not much to do.

Very good links to bus stops and there’s a overground train station close by. Buses come regularly with a good choice of buses. No issues with night buses as they run 24 hours a day. No parking in area

Bin collections are regular and the street/road is cleaned regularly. Not much anti social noise or behaviour although we do have the occasional parcel theft. Mainly private renters in the areas and some families.

There are corner shops quiet often which is very useful and a club. There are no bars, or nice quality restaurants. There are a couple of junk food take out shops. A nice bar would be nice or a nice restaurant to eat at.

Mostly families and couples live on my street and the traffic noise is moderate on most days however never too loud. The parking availability is not the greatest however most other things such as bin collections and cleanliness is good.
Amenities
My area is extremely modern. It has anything one could need within walking distance and would be the prefect place to start a family. There are multiple secondary and primary schools very close by each with a range of different specialties. There are many shops close by including off-licences and tesco aswell as at least three bars within walking distance. There is also a beautiful canal near by that is home to many different species of birds and other animals, it is also the perfect place for running and cycling. My area also includes a beautiful park which is very popular. The only thing missing is a shopping centre however there is a small one about a 15 minute walk away.

There's no traffic in street the bin is always neat,and good social behaviour,I don't really know people who lives in my street but I think is mix up with,students,owner and renter.
