In conclusion, words are not enough to express how much my area has be proven to be a great or possibly the greatest living quarter in London.
Transport
The transport network within my local area is second to none. My preferred route is the bus 91 just 3min away from home which link me without inter changing to my favourite landmark of London(Trafalgar square).
Community
The community support in my area is great and what makes it so is the fact that most home owner and renter are families. The latter facilitate a sense of communitarianism which contribute to everybody well being in these terms: safety, through numerous neighbor watching associations; council organisations which make sure that the bin collection takes effect as per calendar day and that everyone are advise on the importance of recycling.
Amenities
Amenities essential to human life are all set within in reach in my local area, so much in quantities in as much as qualities. Between the petrol station(5 min away), the hospital(Wittinghton less than 0.5 mile away), multiple GP practices, launderette and supermarket such as: Tesco, M&S, Co op, waitrose, Aldi and numerous corner shop makes my area a priceless living quarter for the entire borough.

The area is safer than a lot of people expect. Pet and children friendly especially with Finsbury Park there. The area is being continuously developed so its a great place to be in. I personally love the transportation access and routes available. They help me commute quicker and cheaper

The area of Finsbury Park is great. Great train and rail connectivity to central london and heathrow. You have the victoria line, picadilly line and national rain trains that go out of london too. Bus wise, there is a bus station right outside the train station and as the traffic can get bad, public transport is the best option
Community
Residential parking is available to many residents and pay and display bays and areas are widely present. The area is full of mixed groups from families to students with the rise of the student accommodations in the area. Traffic can build up at times but only during peak hours. Bins are collected every week
Amenities
There are a lot of gyms, pubs and restaurants on the high road and you can find every big chain restaurant in the area. If you are a football fan then the Emirates stadium is a 10 minute walk from the station and finally for excercise you have finsbury park which also host numerous events such as Wireless festival. Its a lovely diverse area with a lot to offer

Highgate is super upmarket now and the whole area has been regenerated, property prices keep going up. I love the vibrancy of the area
Transport
I’m a few minutes walk to archway tube or upper holloway bus, roads are busy but vibrant, cycle routes have been getting better and better especially around the park and is safe at night.
Community
I don’t have a car so I don’t have a problem with parking. Primarily private owners on our road and people who have grown up here.
Amenities
We have everything! Fabulous choice of food and recreation, picnics in Waterlow Park, Limone Fine foods for vegan options. I often walk to Archway or Highgate and Kentish Town for more.
