I would have wanted to know about how frequent the bus route was going up and down our street and how difficult parking can be.
Transport
The transport where we live is pretty good. There are lots of train stations that are walking distance to us and the overground is also useful to have so close by. However, we live on a road with a bus route going up and down it. It can be useful at times, but it makes our road prone to traffic so driving near us is always problematic
Community
Parking near us is difficult. We didn't use our car much before we had children, but now we use it more and more so the gridlocked roads near us are very frustrating at times.
Amenities
We started renting in the area because we liked being so close to Camberwell, Peckham and Dulwich. We love being near to so many great pubs and restaurants as well as Ruskin Park and Peckham rye Common. We tend to use online delivery for grocery shopping as we find driving to the supermarkets a hassle.

I have a dog myself and I walk him everyday in teh evening. I have had very good interactions with people during the walks including children. There are shopping areas nearby and teh neighborhood seems friendly so far. I am in love with the place so far especially with the availability of schools for children. My litte one is reaching school age and I am looking forward to that very soon.

There is a national rail connection nearby and public transpostation (bus) is very well connected. I have not had any issues with accessing public transport so far even at night.
Community
There is a mox of people living here in terms of residents. There is a fair population of renters which is common due to teh availability of jobs here. This also means one has a good opportunity to rent out properties here.
Amenities
There is a good mix of the kinds of shops, restaurant and open spaces. I am quite content with the amenities in this area.
